The brand only matters so much, it's more about the people selling it and servicing it. The highest end spas can have issues and if you don't like working with the people that service it or they never call back/show up than you will end up hating your spa. MJ was very very easy to work with, I haven't had any issue getting a hold of him or getting any of my silly questions answered, if there are any issues with my spa I have no doubt it will be taken care of. Set Fogman We enjoyed working with the whole team at Aqua Elite. They were kind and informative while helping us choose our new spa which we have been enjoying for nearly two weeks already. Definitely recommend them and the Bullfrog Spa. Michael O'Callaghan The fine folks at Aqua Elite, especially Nate, were extremely helpful and attentive to us. We got what we wanted, delivered on time and set up quickly, with little delay. We love these guys! Jeff Doerr MJ, who I spoke to, was well informed and very helpful.
