The brand only matters so much, it's more about the people selling it and servicing it. The highest end spas can have issues and if you don't like working with the people that service it or they never call back/show up than you will end up hating your spa. MJ was very very easy to work with, I haven't had any issue getting a hold of him or getting any of my silly questions answered, if there are any issues with my spa I have no doubt it will be taken care of. Set Fogman We enjoyed working with the whole team at Aqua Elite. They were kind and informative while helping us choose our new spa which we have been enjoying for nearly two weeks already. Definitely recommend them and the Bullfrog Spa. Michael O'Callaghan The fine folks at Aqua Elite, especially Nate, were extremely helpful and attentive to us. We got what we wanted, delivered on time and set up quickly, with little delay. We love these guys! Jeff Doerr MJ, who I spoke to, was well informed and very helpful. Bullfrog Spas are significantly different from other spas and MJ is someone I plan to do business with. The attached pic is my new Bullfrog Spa being delivered. The install went smoothly and the final product is better than advertised! Bob B We love our spa! And we appreciate the great customer service we continue to receive. We highly recommend Aqua Elite!! Stephanie Hartman We’ve had an amazing customer service experience every time we’ve come in for supplies. Even when we had a minor issue with our spa they were able to fix it quickly! Lisa Booker DescriptionEnjoy more space, more JetPaks and other therapy options, more variety in seating layouts, more thoughtful comfort features, more simple water care, more intuitive operation from more places in the spa, more lighting and ambiance, and, by far, the most actual seating capacity of any spa in its class. Combine all this with the stunning aesthetics of M Series that is sure to enhance your backyard environment (and much more) and it all adds up; you simply get more of everything with the M9 hot tub by Bullfrog Spas.
