After months of going back and forth on what spa brand to buy I came across a few different posts that changed my mind on how to look for a spa. The brand only matters so much, it's more about the people selling it and servicing it. The highest end spas can have issues and if you don't like working with the people that service it or they never call back/show up than you will end up hating your spa. MJ was very very easy to work with, I haven't had any issue getting a hold of him or getting any of my silly questions answered, if there are any issues with my spa I have no doubt it will be taken care of.

We enjoyed working with the whole team at Aqua Elite. They were kind and informative while helping us choose our new spa which we have been enjoying for nearly two weeks already. Definitely recommend them and the Bullfrog Spa.

The fine folks at Aqua Elite, especially Nate, were extremely helpful and attentive to us. We got what we wanted, delivered on time and set up quickly, with little delay. We love these guys!

MJ, who I spoke to, was well informed and very helpful. Bullfrog Spas are significantly different from other spas and MJ is someone I plan to do business with. The attached pic is my new Bullfrog Spa being delivered. The install went smoothly and the final product is better than advertised!

We’ve had an amazing customer service experience every time we’ve come in for supplies. Even when we had a minor issue with our spa they were able to fix it quickly!
