Rescuing baby ducks from a pool

On a rainy day, a mama duck and her ducklings took refuge in the heated baby pool in our neighborhood. Trouble is, they got stuck and needed to be rescued.

The ADA changes had a deadline of March 16 but congress extended the deadline. Hotels, rec centers and apartment complexes are still scrambling to bring their pools and spas into compliance. The extended deadline is May 21st, 2012. The ADA changes require certain public pools to provide lifts or chairs for disabled people for pool access.
